Cleanliness stood out throughout the hotel, particularly in the common areas. Conveniently located near Toby Carvery for easy dining, making it a solid pit stop for travelers.
The lack of an elevator means guests with mobility issues face a tough climb, especially to the upstairs rooms. The room decor feels dated, lacking a mirror and the space on the wall that once held one is a distraction. Limited charging options are also a hassle with just two sockets available, making late-night device use an awkward affair. Noise levels can be high at night due to thin walls and hallway activity, which can disrupt sleep. facilities feel somewhat cramped and could use a refreshing update.

Friendly and attentive staff made for a pleasant experience, especially during breakfast when they engaged with guests. The breakfast had excellent options, including freshly made sandwiches. the hotel showed signs of aging, with stained bathroom tiles and chipped paint on doors. despite being generally quiet, the room's temperature was uncomfortable, requiring extra bedding to stay warm.

I really loved how cozy the double room felt. The home-cooked breakfast was a nice surprise. The outdoor seating area was perfect for unwinding, and I enjoyed the relaxed vibe in the lounge. Just wish the mattress was a bit firmer, but that's just a small thing—overall, a great spot! 😊

Had a fantastic time here with my friends! Great location close to a health centre and shopping options. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious – plenty for everyone, including a children's menu. I recommend trying the local shopping while you're here.
The room was a bit worn down, which affected the overall appearance. Some areas could use freshening up as it felt a bit tired.
